Coffee Breaks as
Cultural Heritage
The Evolution of Corporate Culture in Hybrid Work Models
Hybrid work models present new challenges for all dimensions of corporate development. As shared presence times become scarce, social bonds and direct communication are hindered. However, they form the basis for the development of culture, qualification, strategy, and team collaboration.
Against this background, the design of presence times is of crucial importance. On the one hand, to shape development processes as effectively as possible, and on the other hand, to make the benefits convincingly tangible for everyone and thus create a desire for presence. Ideally, the interplay between presence and remote work should not be mandated but balanced independently by the employees.
Building on this, we work with all participants to develop weekly and daily routines that are aligned with a productive mix of presence and remote work. This creates acceptance and sustainability for the agreements on presence. And yes, coffee breaks also play an important role 😊.
