Realignment of
Central Division

The goal of the project was to rebuild an existing central department (insourcing) and establish it within the company.

The following influencing factors were significant:

  • Small core team as a starting point
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • High turnover and personnel growth through external recruitment
  • Increased onboarding efforts and reduced productivity as a result

The project development was based on three essential premises:

  • Finding and defining the department
  • Deriving procedural and structural implications
  • Repositioning within the company

Over a period of 12 months, the project team succeeded in defining a unified target image, professionalizing the central department based on processes and standards, and manifesting the newly established identification within the company. This allowed efficiencies to be realized and clear added value to be created for the company.
