Service Excellence

The goal of the project was to develop a positive performance orientation in customer service. Against the backdrop of fundamental organizational and technical changes, the processes were not yet stabilized, and the changes made were not yet accepted by the team. As a result, service levels were repeatedly at risk.

Through a very action- and practice-oriented approach, it was possible to increase acceptance of the changes, sharpen the focus on individual design possibilities, and develop a positive vision for the future. Transparency, personal responsibility, and appreciation were the keys to expanding the team's sovereignty (about 500 employees) and developing a positive performance orientation.
